6) Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

If COD is selected:

  • Customers must provide a valid phone number and complete address

  • Customers must be available to receive the order

Failed Delivery / Refusal:

If a customer refuses the order or is unavailable multiple times:

  • the order may be canceled

  • future COD orders may be restricted

  • additional shipping/handling charges may apply

7) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return policy applies as follows:

  • Return / refund / exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is verified as our mistake (wrong/damaged item)

Damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
