At GulfGlaze.com, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely across the UAE. Please read our Shipping Policy below to understand delivery timelines, charges, and important delivery conditions.


1) Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:
All Emirates in the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
(Including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.)


2) Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Processing may take longer during peak sales, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed the next business day.


3) Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Dubai / Sharjah / Ajman: 1–3 business days

  • Abu Dhabi: 2–4 business days

  • Other Emirates / Remote areas: 2–5 business days

✅ We always try to deliver earlier, but delays may happen due to courier logistics or unexpected circumstances.


4) Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.

✅ Promotions like free shipping (if offered) will also be visible at checkout.


5) Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery is available, customers must ensure:

  • A valid phone number is provided

  • Full and correct delivery address is entered

  • Someone is available to receive the order

COD Verification:

We may contact you via call/WhatsApp to confirm your COD order before dispatch.


6) Failed Delivery / Unreachable Customer

If the courier attempts delivery and:

  • the customer is unavailable

  • phone is switched off / not reachable

  • address is incomplete or incorrect

  • customer refuses delivery

then:

  • the order may be returned to the warehouse

  • re-delivery may require additional charges

  • repeated failed deliveries may lead to COD restriction for future orders


7) Order Tracking

If tracking is available, we will share the tracking details via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.


8) Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.

If the address is incorrect:

  • delivery may be delayed

  • additional charges may apply for re-delivery

  • GulfGlaze.com is not responsible for lost deliveries due to incorrect addresses


9) Damaged / Wrong Item in Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

✅ You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • photo/video proof

  • order number

  • clear description of the issue
